There is an underground tunnel system on the line of Lasnamäe 16, probably a Soviet military building. Entrance to the tunnel from Laagna Road. 1991 the client wanted an idea project that would use the underground tunnels for the cultivation of champagne and build a commercial building on the ground – a restaurant, shop, offices.
